FAFS Fire & Security is pleased to announce that we have successfully achieved the transition from ISO 18001 to ISO 45001: Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, the world’s first global health and safety management system.
ISO 45001 replaces the previous British Standard OHSAS 18001 and FAFS Fire & Security has worked hard to gain certification to the new standard demonstrating commitment to the health and safety of their employees and clients.
ISO 45001:2018 is an International Standard that specifies requirements for an occupational health and safety (OH&S) management system, to enable organisations to proactively improve their safety performance, preventing accidents, injury, and ill health.
Achieving ISO 45001 is an important step in demonstrating our corporate responsibility and our commitment to the health and safety of our workers.
